Just finished the last run for this week. Amazing 43°C hot today. I really like it hot but this is getting to much. Anyway, I finished this week with a total distance of 101km in a total duration of 9h:11m including 1 rest day. All in all I’m satisfied. No sore muscles, no blisters. Shinbone and knee was a bit wobbly, but ok now.
Next week I have to focus on some tempo runs as well as some vertical runs whether at the mountain or on the stairs at my home.
Another big thing I have to do is start the preparation for the Patagonia Marathon. Which clothes I wear? Running with or without trekking poles? Backpack or just a running belt? Many questions where I have to find an answer.
